In the 3rdth minute of the game Frank Peletier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CA Brasileiros Juniors's Valdo Salles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nico Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. CA Brasileiros Juniors's attentive Thijs Wijgaert managed to snatch the ball when Henry Robiquet made a throw-in in the 9th minute of the game. Vítor Araújo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Henry Robiquet. Maxime Durand stood somewhat misplaced when Vítor Araújo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 16 minute. Frank Peletier might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdo Salles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Peletier ran back to his position shaking his head. Frank Peletier hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, CA Brasileiros Juniors's Vítor Araújo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxime Durand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vítor Araújo might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maxime Durand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Araújo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute Vítor Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glenn Ottaway in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maxime Durand, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 38 minutes into the game, Glenn Ottaway recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maxime Durand. Glenn Ottaway showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Valdo Paes kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, David Barbier managed to get in a good position for a shot. France's supporters rose to their feet, but David Barbier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdo Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

CA Brasileiros Juniors made a substitution. Mazinho Gol replaced Vítor Araújo. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Glenn Ottaway to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes of play, CA Brasileiros Juniors's Glenn Ottaway made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxime Durand was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute of the match, Frank Peletier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Valdo Salles was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The throw-in from Henry Robiquet in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by CA Brasileiros Juniors's Thijs Wijgaert. CA Brasileiros Juniors's Valdo Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save CA Brasileiros Juniors from getting a goal against them. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Gol in the 68th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes CA Brasileiros Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Breckenfeld. Valdo Salles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Barbier in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Mazinho Gol came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Peletier who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Valdo Salles when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of France booed when CA Brasileiros Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruninho Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Frank Peletier managed to get in a good position for a shot. France's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Peletier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdo Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Chapuis to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Glenn Ottaway had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Durand. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Glenn Ottaway was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. CA Brasileiros Juniors's Valdo Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save CA Brasileiros Juniors from getting a goal against them. France's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because CA Brasileiros Juniors had won, even though France had held more of the ball.
