It was a well-played corner which Vörös Henrik managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Abel Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Arevalo's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 23rd minute of play forced Gorgory's goalkeeper Abel Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Orlan was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Major Barna put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Abel Orlan. Fodor Daniel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 28th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Donatello Caseres. The supporters of Hungary booed when Gorgory was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Ramis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guillermo Marz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Arevalo came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Valiente in the 44th minute of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Abel Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Arevalo to make the kick off. Szekeres Tamas's late challenge caught a Gorgory's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szekeres Tamas helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Arevalo in the 53rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Orlan made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Balazs Lajos sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Gorgory defense, Takacs Tibor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Orlan. The Gorgory fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Orlan should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Fresco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gorgory's attack was well implemented in the 75th minute, but when Higinio Valiente was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Fresco, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Valiente in the 82nd minute of the match. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Abel Orlan made a huge save. Cipriano Fresco might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Fresco ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th match minute, Gorgory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donatello Caseres to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Gorgory defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Orlan. The Gorgory fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Orlan should have stopped the shot.
