After 10 minutes MetalGarurumon F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Wim Wilmes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, MetalGarurumon F.C's Guaberto Sobejano got a free kick in the 21st minute. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Cristian de Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvino Domingo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Tadeu Afonso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers, 1-0. Silvino Domingo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 37th minute of play. Silvino Domingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Silvino Domingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wim Wilmes to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gust Ennemans made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MetalGarurumon F.C's Seb Oliver. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Silvino Domingo made a huge save. Netherlands's attentive Lars Meesters managed to snatch the ball when Guaberto Sobejano made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, MetalGarurumon F.C's goalkeeper Silvino Domingo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Eikelkamp. Silvino Domingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Meesters, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. A collision led to MetalGarurumon F.C getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jaunti Cantoral hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. In the 71st match minute, MetalGarurumon F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliazar Ungia to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, MetalGarurumon F.C's goalkeeper Silvino Domingo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Meesters. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wim Wilmes hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Silvino Domingo in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Many of Netherlands's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Netherlands may have spent more time on the ball, but MetalGarurumon F.C were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
