The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of GÜMELİSPOR booed when SAFA United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Koen Waterman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Israel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzer Cesur in the 5th minute of play. Jan Israel was a little too slow when Alexei Perju got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Alexei Perju notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of SAFA United's Jan Israel. Jan Israel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oğuzer Cesur got free with Jan Israel in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan Israel was a little too slow when Alexei Perju got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 4-0. 23 minutes into the match, SAFA United's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzer Cesur came free, but Jan Israel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Selçuk Durcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Koen Waterman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the game, Oğuzer Cesur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jan Israel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jan Israel made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Selçuk Durcan sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the match, Selçuk Durcan notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of SAFA United's Jan Israel. Jan Israel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jan Israel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Selçuk Durcan went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Oğuzer Cesur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jan Israel. That made the score 9-0 in the 44 minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match Joost Reitsma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vecdi Yurday skillfully saved the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oğuzer Cesur to strike the kick off in the second half. The corner ended in Alexei Perju almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SAFA United's Jan Israel did a great save. In the 56th minute Alexei Perju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Israel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzer Cesur in the 57th minute of play forced SAFA United's goalkeeper Jan Israel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GÜMELİSPOR's Selçuk Durcan got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Israel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oğuzer Cesur's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After some careless play in the SAFA United defense, Oğuzer Cesur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Israel. The SAFA United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Israel should have stopped the shot. Jan Israel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzer Cesur in the 65th minute of play. After 67 minutes SAFA United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexei Perju who took care of the corner kick. Jan Israel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexei Perju, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oğuzer Cesur in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Israel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Oğuzer Cesur sped through SAFA United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan Israel. Jan Israel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selçuk Durcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Alexei Perju made a precise shot to the right of Jan Israel. SAFA United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. When GÜMELİSPOR's Selçuk Durcan in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SAFA United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 89th minute Oğuzer Cesur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Israel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Selçuk Durcan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Israel having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, SAFA United's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzer Cesur came free, but Jan Israel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzer Cesur in the 96th minute of play forced SAFA United's goalkeeper Jan Israel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes of play, GÜMELİSPOR's Selçuk Durcan made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Israel was left in no man's land by his defense there!
