The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Dariusz Wos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaan Winter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A.C. Patagonia's Horea Boian got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Dariusz Wos notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter. Kaan Winter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 18 minutes into the game, Cornelio Pacifico threw the ball into play from the sideline. A.C. Patagonia's Amerigo Ianni quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nils Støle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ede Szász in the 20th minute of the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Dariusz Wos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Cornelio Pacifico threw the ball into play from the sideline. A.C. Patagonia's Amerigo Ianni quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ionuț Jităreanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Nils Støle made a huge save. Kaan Winter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Boian, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Zoltán Vásárhelyi made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cornelio Pacifico however managed to control. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horea Boian was the one to do the kick off. A.C. Patagonia's attentive Amerigo Ianni managed to snatch the ball when Zoltán Vásárhelyi made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. Dariusz Wos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaan Winter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Dariusz Wos made a precise shot to the right of Kaan Winter. STORM CORNER F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. A.C. Patagonia made a substitution. Sylwester Sroka replaced Rui Costa. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Wos in the 69th minute of play. Dariusz Wos might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaan Winter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dariusz Wos ran back to his position shaking his head. Kaan Winter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Wos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in STORM CORNER F.C.'s zone, Dariusz Wos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaan Winter came out of the goal and Dariusz Wos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo was substituted for Dariusz Wos. After some careless play in the STORM CORNER F.C. defense, Aldo Di Carlo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaan Winter. The STORM CORNER F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaan Winter should have stopped the shot. Bartolo Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched A.C. Patagonia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
