Marco Cantona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lucrețiu Filipașcu made in the 35th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marco Cantona. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Lemi Uğurlubey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Marco Cantona succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 51st playminute. Gothic Souls's Ege Nesip was substituted for Erdinç Sarıalp. Marek Torm kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 82 minutes of play, Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastián Sosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 87 minutes into the match, Erhan Ascı had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastián Sosa. Vikingos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erhan Ascı was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Lemi Uğurlubey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Erramu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Ladislao Erramu scored 2-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lemi Uğurlubey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Gothic Souls supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vikingos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Vikingos FC.
