Florin Gaciu hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Tufescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on F.Salgado F.C.'s corner Siro Rainerio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Manuel Tufescu quite easily take care of the ball. Manuel Tufescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Macaneață in the 12th minute. Teodoro Moreno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Tufescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Matt Ryan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elodio Ghinescu went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Elodio Ghinescu scored 0-3 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matt Ryan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Matt Ryan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pitin Sánchez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Manuel Tufescu made a huge save. In the 34th match minute, F.Salgado F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Antunes to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Allan Clementsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radomil Redisz made a kick off. With a little luck, F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan got control of the ball when Elodio Ghinescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 58 minutes, Teodoro Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.Salgado F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodoro Moreno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. F.Salgado F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Elodio Ghinescu scored to the left of an out of position Matt Ryan, making the score, 0-4. FC MCM made a substitution. Bogdan Agusoaei replaced Florin Gaciu. Radomil Redisz struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Matt Ryan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC MCM. Alpay Akbudun kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Teodoro Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Tufescu. FC MCM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Manuel Tufescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Macaneață in the 81st minute of play. Matt Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Redisz, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 minutes, Paulo José França mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.Salgado F.C. and the FC MCM players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC MCM booed when F.Salgado F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José França didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC MCM walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
