The ball went over the crossbar instead. 4 minutes into the match, JURIDIQUES F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Nesor came free, but Zé Pedro Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Nesor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zé Pedro Varela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hermengildo Nesor scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Pedro Varela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, Hermengildo Nesor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Pedro Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 22nd minute, Hermengildo Nesor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Pedro Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Zé Pedro Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Nesor in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by JURIDIQUES F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Igor Fujara was slow to take the kick. During this time Winthont FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Igor Fujara got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zé Pedro Varela quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zé Pedro Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Nesor in the 29th minute of the match. After some careless play in the JURIDIQUES F.C defense, Hermengildo Nesor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Pedro Varela. The JURIDIQUES F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Pedro Varela should have stopped the shot. Hermengildo Nesor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Pedro Varela having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in JURIDIQUES F.C's zone, Hermengildo Nesor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Pedro Varela came out of the goal and Hermengildo Nesor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Nesor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Zé Pedro Varela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in JURIDIQUES F.C's zone, Marc van Nistelrooij stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Pedro Varela came out of the goal and Marc van Nistelrooij tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zé Pedro Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc van Nistelrooij, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The JURIDIQUES F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Winthont FC were winning 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marc van Nistelrooij to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Hermengildo Nesor made a precise shot to the right of Zé Pedro Varela. JURIDIQUES F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 57th minute, Hermengildo Nesor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zé Pedro Varela. The goal made the score 0-8. Zé Pedro Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Nesor in the 60th minute of the match. Zé Pedro Varela was a little too slow when Hermengildo Nesor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-10. Zé Pedro Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Nesor in the 68th minute of play. Hermengildo Nesor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Pedro Varela came out and tried to block the shot, but Hermengildo Nesor slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 70th minute. Winthont FC made a substitution. Alex de Rudder replaced Hermengildo Nesor. The supporters of JURIDIQUES F.C booed when Winthont FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc van Nistelrooij didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 minutes of play, Winthont FC's Marc van Nistelrooij made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Pedro Varela was left in no man's land by his defense there! JURIDIQUES F.C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Igor Fujara 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-13. Kurt Oorthuis kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see JURIDIQUES F.C's Jefferson Barreto in action when he in the 88th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Alex de Rudder took a quick shot and it went in 0-14 without a chance for Zé Pedro Varela to make any attempt to save it. Marc van Nistelrooij fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Varela having to interfere. Winthont FC played a much better game than JURIDIQUES F.C and deserved their victory. The JURIDIQUES F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
