Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, FC MCM's goalkeeper Manuel Tufescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosmin Donecea. Manuel Tufescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cosmin Donecea in the 42nd minute. Scrotum Kickers FC's Dawid Barycz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ion Panduru, made in the 43rd minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Boguslaw Domamir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Manuel Tufescu. That made the score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st match minute, FC MCM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elodio Ghinescu to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Tufescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzalo Maradona's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Maradona in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Tufescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC MCM's Elodio Ghinescu got a free kick in the 58th minute. The referee ignored FC MCM's protests and gave Mircea Bodiu a yellow card for diving instead. Mircea Bodiu kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Radomil Redisz sped through Scrotum Kickers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per-Oskar Söderström. The throw-in from Holger Falkrantz in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC MCM's Mugur Jupâneanu. The supporters of Scrotum Kickers FC booed when FC MCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneliu Dragușin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute of the match Francesco Tacconelli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Tufescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Elodio Ghinescu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. Scrotum Kickers FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
