After 2 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Caradaro. Manuel Tufescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Jaizki in the 10th minute of play. Manuel Tufescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Jaizki, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Abel Iban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC MCM the free kick. Abel Iban hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Radomil Redisz made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Germano. Club Atlético Atlanta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, FC MCM's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Jaizki came free, but Manuel Tufescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute FC MCM were awarded a corner. Mugur Jupâneanu went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC MCM's corner Mugur Jupâneanu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlos Germano quite easily take care of the ball. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Gaciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Radomil Redisz notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano. Carlos Germano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 33 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Redisz came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Pedro Rojelio got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Redisz in the 39th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Radomil Redisz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Germano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Redisz in the 42nd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radomil Redisz to make the kick off. Radomil Redisz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. Radomil Redisz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Redisz in the 62nd minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Donato Nalo. FC MCM made a substitution. Bogdan Agusoaei replaced Florin Gaciu. The supporters of FC MCM booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Nalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC MCM's Leontin Toma quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abel Iban, made in the 83rd minute of the game. The throw-in from Abel Iban in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC MCM's Leontin Toma. Fabio Artaldo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Radomil Redisz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute, Remigio Erramu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Germano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bogdan Agusoaei's shot from short distance in the 91st minute.
