Poetass FC's Abelardo Mattos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Poetass FC from getting a goal against them. After 72 minutes, Sandrinho Carvalho made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Pindobassu EC's Válter Corrêa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
