Ángel Albirrojo's Zülfü Kamber quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Siro Frances was the one to do the kick off. Ángel Albirrojo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Danilo Florian quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Ángel Albirrojo's Danilo Florian got control of the ball when Hegedus Henrik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Danilo Florian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Ángel Albirrojo got a freekick which was hit by Zülfü Kamber. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Danilo Florian in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Danilo Florian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 88th minute of play forced Ángel Albirrojo's goalkeeper Danilo Florian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 played minutes Ángel Albirrojo got a freekick which was hit by Boris Hirtz. Hungary's Antal Valentin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ángel Albirrojo.
