With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Jean-Marc Taillefer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Elias Bocage. AC Cristal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Marc Taillefer in the 14th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 15th minute of play forced AC Cristal's goalkeeper Elias Bocage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greg Lequesne, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Bocage having to interfere. Hungary's Antal Valentin managed to work through AC Cristal's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Antal Valentin dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 27th minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Greg Lequesne scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Bocage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Junior Cristante sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 40th minute of play forced AC Cristal's goalkeeper Elias Bocage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Junior Cristante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Junior Cristante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AC Cristal's Elias Bocage played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Valentin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Elias Bocage when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 62 played minutes AC Cristal got a freekick which was hit by Geoffrey Plaud. The attack was good, but when Antal Valentin in the 63rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greg Lequesne in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Geoffrey Plaud was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Cristal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Geoffrey Plaud kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Elias Bocage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Bocage was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Achille Letellier's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Achille Letellier helped the player get up and apologised. 92 minutes into the match, AC Cristal's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Elias Bocage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AC Cristal.
