With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Artemio Odol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Loren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Artemio Odol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Artemio Odol made the kick off in the second half. Edward Vanderstraeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Bernardo Loren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th minute. Sander Dermaut hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When Casimiro Ricart fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sacando del Medio's protests and gave Casimiro Ricart a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th minute, Casimiro Ricart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yves Dervaux could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Bernardo Loren made a huge save. Bernardo Loren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 71 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Loren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sacando del Medio's Bernardo Loren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Odol in the 74th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Odol came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Celedonio Orlin fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sacando del Medio's protests and gave Celedonio Orlin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Celedonio Orlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Loren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Loren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Odol in the 87th minute of play. Santo James hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Artemio Odol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Artemio Odol notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. Casper Claes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Belgium were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
