Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Fabiano Trabucco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabiano Trabucco went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 8th minute Fabiano Trabucco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Caleufú's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Urtsin came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Sachs scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alejo Urtsin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Caleufú's Santiago Menendo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Alejo Urtsin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. If Santiago Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Caleufú's Fabiano Trabucco in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Caleufú's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Hendrik de Lange came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Patricio Rico came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Caleufú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Rico couldn't finish the play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gonzales in the 60th minute of play. Alejo Urtsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes Caleufú's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. Ulrich Stein kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th of the match, Albin Holweck tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Alejo Urtsin got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 78th minute, Fabiano Trabucco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Trabucco in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, Caleufú's Alejo Urtsin got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the referee ended the match the Caleufú players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
