Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chris Nygaard took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Oddspredator.com's Apostolis Maimakis got a free kick in the 2nd minute. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Apostolis Maimakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanos Kavouropoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Thanos Kavouropoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 21st minute of play forced Oddspredator.com's goalkeeper Thanos Kavouropoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Oddspredator.com's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. The corner led Denmark's Olav Graversen to fire away a dangerous shot which Thanos Kavouropoulos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Oddspredator.com's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thanos Kavouropoulos came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Theis Winther. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Pipis Barbikas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Pipis Barbikas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pipis Barbikas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 29th playminute. 33 minutes into the match, Denmark's Chris Nygaard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thanos Kavouropoulos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bertram Svenningsen scored 1-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thanos Kavouropoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Oddspredator.com's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Thanos Kavouropoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Oddspredator.com defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thanos Kavouropoulos. The Oddspredator.com fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thanos Kavouropoulos should have stopped the shot. After the first half Denmark were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pipis Barbikas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oddspredator.com's goalie prevented a goal. Thanos Kavouropoulos stood somewhat misplaced when Chris Nygaard came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 55 minute. In the 58th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thanos Kavouropoulos saved Oddspredator.com from getting behind. Ntinos Koutris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. When Pipis Barbikas came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Oddspredator.com fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pipis Barbikas couldn't finish the play. Nikitas Tsigos hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pantelis Vandis in the 73rd minute of the match. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oddspredator.com's goalie prevented a goal. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Apostolis Maimakis kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanos Kavouropoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 90th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Chris Nygaard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thanos Kavouropoulos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Apostolis Maimakis might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keld Paulsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apostolis Maimakis ran back to his position shaking his head. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
