Zaccheo Andolina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Olivér Khan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Naelio in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 15th minute of play forced Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Olivér Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olivér Khan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Platense es de Primera!!'s Emir Kujović slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavio Vittori. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. Maximiliano Naelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Naelio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 25thth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Platense es de Primera!!'s Olivér Khan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olivér Khan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, Sostene Vitulli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Platense es de Primera!! players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 1-2.

If Sigfrido Auletta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the game, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olivér Khan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 65th minute, Zena Busacca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Platense es de Primera!!'s Moises Inocente was substituted for Maximiliano Naelio. 68 minutes into the game, Alberto Hanni threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Sostene Vitulli quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 72nd minute of the match, Zaccheo Andolina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olivér Khan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Misaki in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th match minute, Platense es de Primera!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Musko to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Platense es de Primera!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Olivér Khan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique de Carvalho in the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Italy booed when Platense es de Primera!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Hanni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Adriano Curto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Olivér Khan. Adriano Curto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Olivér Khan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Curto in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Platense es de Primera!! getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jaime Su hit a great ball. The Platense es de Primera!! supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Italy's performance. The match ended with a win for Italy.
