After 8 played minutes Veresi Új Generáció got a freekick which was hit by Gergely Koczka. When Ferenc Sipos came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Veresi Új Generáció fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferenc Sipos couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Veresi Új Generáció's Márk Borsos got a free kick in the 14th minute. Gergely Seres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Paredes in the 15th minute of play. Gergely Seres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macho Mann, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Janne Oblak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mátyás Gelencsér, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, Veresi Új Generáció was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gergely Koczka to maneuver through the defense. Veresi Új Generáció's Gergely Seres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Paredes in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Macho Mann took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gergely Seres to make any attempt to save it. In the 29th minute Ferenc Sipos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janne Oblak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janne Oblak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mátyás Gelencsér in the 31st minute of the match. Mátyás Gelencsér fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janne Oblak having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Veresi Új Generáció's goal looked a bit too open when John Kellbom came free, but Gergely Seres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Per-Åke Vedholm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gergely Seres. Veresi Új Generáció's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Åke Vedholm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferenc Sipos to strike the kick off in the second half. Janne Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Sipos in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, LeicestersKickers's goal looked a bit too open when Ferenc Sipos came free, but Janne Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Forgács's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janne Oblak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. With his leg Janne Oblak managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Veresi Új Generáció's Mátyás Gelencsér fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Janne Oblak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Sipos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Sipos in the 72nd minute of play forced LeicestersKickers's goalkeeper Janne Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janne Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Sipos in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute, John Kellbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gergely Seres was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. LeicestersKickers made a substitution. Hampus Dahlman replaced Sebastian Engman. Veresi Új Generáció's Gedeon Virág was substituted for Erik Forgács. 81 minutes into the match, Veresi Új Generáció's goal looked a bit too open when John Kellbom came free, but Gergely Seres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hauk Almli hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Kaká de Brito hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 88 played minutes, LeicestersKickers's Hampus Dahlman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gergely Seres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LeicestersKickers reached it. Janne Oblak was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mátyás Gelencsér showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 95 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LeicestersKickers had won after a very even match.
