The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, f.c. sKRotone's Vennard Sundoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tamer Kutcan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 9th match minute, Alaybey Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zühtü Aktekin to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes in the game, Frans Toussain dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Tamer Kutcan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frans Toussain's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceyhun Hiçyılmaz during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frans Toussain in the 18th minute of play forced Alaybey Spor's goalkeeper Tamer Kutcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes of play, f.c. sKRotone's Armando Vasco made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tamer Kutcan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by f.c. sKRotone's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Armin De Vincentis was slow to take the kick. During this time Alaybey Spor's players had a chance to rest. Armin De Vincentis made a great header on Alaybey Spor's corner, it was just that f.c. sKRotone's Dan Focșa managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frans Toussain in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tamer Kutcan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denizhan Toktamış charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denizhan Toktamış the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. f.c. sKRotone's Fortunato Contestabile was substituted for Edgar Salinas. Denizhan Toktamış kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Alaybey Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Frans Toussain came free, but Tamer Kutcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alaybey Spor's Reha Öztek got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frans Toussain in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tamer Kutcan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute Vennard Sundoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Kutcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tamer Kutcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Toussain in the 42nd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reha Öztek to make the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Vennard Sundoro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alaybey Spor's Tamer Kutcan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tamer Kutcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frans Toussain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, f.c. sKRotone's Vennard Sundoro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tamer Kutcan. Tamer Kutcan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Tamer Kutcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vennard Sundoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Tamer Kutcan came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by f.c. sKRotone's Vennard Sundoro. But to his dismay, Vennard Sundoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Ove Kjellman got free with Tamer Kutcan in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Alaybey Spor's Zühtü Aktekin got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Tamer Kutcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peppe Bamba in the 74th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Tamer Kutcan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Reha Öztek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dan Focșa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denizhan Toktamış, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82ndth minute of the game Vennard Sundoro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alaybey Spor's Tamer Kutcan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When f.c. sKRotone's Vennard Sundoro in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alaybey Spor's goalie prevented a goal. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alaybey Spor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
