The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Reha Öztek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Göktürk Eskici didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reha Öztek went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 10 played minutes AREN SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Necmettin İşcan. Denizhan Toktamış blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Göktürk Eskici having to make a save. Göktürk Eskici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reha Öztek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Alaybey Spor's Reha Öztek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Göktürk Eskici narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute Reha Öztek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göktürk Eskici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reha Öztek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Göktürk Eskici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reha Öztek, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Göktürk Eskici didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reha Öztek went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After the first half Alaybey Spor were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reha Öztek made a kick off. Cesur Yiğitkan scored 1-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tamer Kutcan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Göktürk Eskici was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Reha Öztek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Reha Öztek really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. In the 68th minute, Reha Öztek made a precise shot to the right of Göktürk Eskici. AREN SPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 72 minutes into the match, AREN SPOR's goalkeeper Göktürk Eskici had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reha Öztek. Reha Öztek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 74 minutes, Denizhan Toktamış managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alaybey Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denizhan Toktamış was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 76 played minutes AREN SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Necmettin İşcan. After 77 played minutes AREN SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Turan Babaoğlu. Göktürk Eskici was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Armin De Vincentis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 77 minute of play. In the 81st minute, Reha Öztek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alaybey Spor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Ali Vedat Başaydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Göktürk Eskici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necmettin İşcan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Ceyhun Hiçyılmaz kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After 94 minutes, Necmettin İşcan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AREN SPOR and the Alaybey Spor players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mesut Diriğ in the 97th minute of play forced Alaybey Spor's goalkeeper Tamer Kutcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alaybey Spor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
