Macho Mann charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Macho Mann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Macho Mann hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 4 minutes into the match, Szymon Moczkiewicz notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of LeicestersKickers's Janne Oblak. Janne Oblak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Dolfo in the 9th minute of play forced LeicestersKickers's goalkeeper Janne Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Janne Oblak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to MLKS Znicz Biała Piska getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Radomil Koczara hit a great ball. The supporters of LeicestersKickers booed when MLKS Znicz Biała Piska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Zyskowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Macho Mann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute John Kellbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Czech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of LeicestersKickers booed when MLKS Znicz Biała Piska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Zyskowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. MLKS Znicz Biała Piska's Zenon Czech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Kellbom in the 28th minute of play. Lech Sidorowicz struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Janne Oblak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MLKS Znicz Biała Piska. 35 minutes into the match, John Kellbom notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of MLKS Znicz Biała Piska's Zenon Czech. Zenon Czech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Radomil Koczara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LeicestersKickers's Janne Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Moczkiewicz in the 40th minute of play. When Szymon Moczkiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the MLKS Znicz Biała Piska fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szymon Moczkiewicz couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a defensive mix-up in MLKS Znicz Biała Piska's zone, John Kellbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Czech came out of the goal and John Kellbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Ivar Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute Szymon Moczkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janne Oblak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, LeicestersKickers's John Kellbom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zenon Czech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jesus Dolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szymon Moczkiewicz spun around in front of the goal 71 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of LeicestersKickers's goal. The nice shot from John Kellbom in the 81stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Zenon Czech had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Mateusz Dzierwa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by LeicestersKickers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dmitriy Senin was slow to take the kick. During this time MLKS Znicz Biała Piska's players had a chance to rest. MLKS Znicz Biała Piska's Dmitriy Senin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Janne Oblak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of MLKS Znicz Biała Piska booed when LeicestersKickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kiki Monginsidi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Janne Oblak came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by MLKS Znicz Biała Piska's Szymon Moczkiewicz. But to his dismay, Szymon Moczkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. LeicestersKickers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
