Vennard Sundoro charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vennard Sundoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes f.c. sKRotone got a freekick which was hit by Vennard Sundoro. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Holec during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 minutes of play, f.c. sKRotone's Frans Toussain made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petr Glaser was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sven-Ove Kjellman hit a great ball. 48 minutes into the match, Juvenal Aspe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dan Focșa, 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

54 minutes into the match, FK TEPLICE STARS's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Vasco came free, but Petr Glaser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Vasco got free with Petr Glaser in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Petr Glaser yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in FK TEPLICE STARS's zone, Frans Toussain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petr Glaser came out of the goal and Frans Toussain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FK TEPLICE STARS made a substitution. Michal Juchelka replaced Josef Ludvík. Petr Glaser came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by f.c. sKRotone's Armando Vasco. But to his dismay, Armando Vasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Frans Toussain's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Petr Glaser skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing f.c. sKRotone would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
