Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sílvio Costa kicked off to start the match. Markus Pflüger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boros Benedek, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Du Esporte Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Hegedus Henrik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Markus Pflüger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 11 minutes into the match, Hegedus Henrik notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Du Esporte Clube's Markus Pflüger. Markus Pflüger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Du Esporte Clube's Rodolfo Castro got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Markus Pflüger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Sílvio Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Markus Pflüger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Balazs Lajos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Markus Pflüger firmly grabbed it by the left post. Du Esporte Clube's Markus Pflüger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Du Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. Du Esporte Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Hegedus Henrik scored to the left of an out of position Markus Pflüger, making the score, 1-2. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Markus Pflüger made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Markus Pflüger, 1-3. Markus Pflüger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 68th minute. Hegedus Henrik came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Markus Pflüger could save by the left post. After 71 minutes Du Esporte Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Hegedus Henrik drilling the ball in to score 1-4 behind Du Esporte Clube's goalkeeper. Markus Pflüger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 81st minute. Markus Pflüger made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Markus Pflüger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Rodolfo Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Markus Pflüger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score.
