Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Artur Zajac started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the SocceroS Zory defense, Metod Mlynar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Matela. The SocceroS Zory fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Matela should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute, Jaroslaw Flis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Metod Mlynar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Matela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Slovakia's Metod Mlynar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Matela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Metod Mlynar scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Artur Matela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Daniel Suchy came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Slovakia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Suchy couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Kornel Jahoda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Dudek came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Zajac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Henrich Slany made a huge save. Vavrinec Koleno kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Slovakia's Henrich Slany proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Slovakia from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Metod Mlynar in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Matela saved SocceroS Zory from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Artur Matela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Metod Mlynar's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Artur Zajac charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artur Zajac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SocceroS Zory's Artur Zajac got a free kick in the 59th minute. Pavol Koleno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Matela having to make a save. In the 66th minute, Metod Mlynar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Zigmund Maliar. Zigmund Maliar kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, SocceroS Zory's Jaroslaw Dudek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrich Slany narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Suchy. Metod Mlynar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Artur Matela firmly grabbed it by the left post. Artur Matela made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Metod Mlynar sent off a good shot on target. After 86 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Vavrinec Koleno. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jaroslaw Flis managed to get in a good position for a shot. SocceroS Zory's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaroslaw Flis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrich Slany breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jaroslaw Flis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Slovakia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
