Choice Chopart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Alan Rezek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Czech Republic's Erik Jilek in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gimnástico F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 37 minutes into the match, Alan Rezek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bekololari Idachaba. Gimnástico F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alan Rezek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Gimnástico F.C. getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Quico Torres hit a great ball. Bekololari Idachaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Jilek in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Erik Jilek made the kick off in the second half. Policarpio Marcos took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Gimnástico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quico Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. David Rusil hit a great ball. In the 60th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Dostal to maneuver through the defense. Donatello Climent struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gimnástico F.C.. A collision led to Gimnástico F.C. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Paulin Elguero hit a great ball. Erik Jilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Cabrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cloyo Alcaraz in the 72nd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalimil Charvat's late challenge caught a Gimnástico F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dalimil Charvat helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Czech Republic! Choice Chopart placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Bekololari Idachaba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Jilek in the 84th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Quico Torres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gimnástico F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czech Republic the free kick. In the 93rd minute, Quico Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bekololari Idachaba acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dalimil Charvat. Gimnástico F.C. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
