Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 8th minute of play forced Old Boys's goalkeeper Dacian Ecobescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Hungary booed when Old Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Drăgoescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Old Boys getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Irinel Șeicaru hit a great ball. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dacian Ecobescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Dacian Ecobescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 19 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hegedus Henrik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dacian Ecobescu having to make a save. A hard shot 31 in the game by Gelu Feraru from a close distance when the talented Fodor Daniel managed to make a qualified save. Hungary's players were relieved. Ferdinand Gogu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Dacian Ecobescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 36th minute of the match. Dacian Ecobescu came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 41 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Old Boys's Dacian Ecobescu. Dacian Ecobescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 44 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Gogu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Old Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. A collision led to Old Boys getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ferdinand Gogu hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Gelu Feraru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gelu Feraru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Old Boys's goalkeeper Dacian Ecobescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Ecobescu having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dacian Ecobescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Dacian Ecobescu made a huge save. Ferdinand Gogu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Dacian Ecobescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 74th minute. Old Boys's Dacian Ecobescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Dacian Ecobescu in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute, Old Boys's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dacian Ecobescu could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a free kick in the 90th minute. Major Barna received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dacian Ecobescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Major Barna slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 92nd minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Nebunu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
