Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mark Stenström kicked off to start the match. Folke Malmström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Nemesio Isusko made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Svenska Lejon BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Folke Malmström should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Svenska Lejon BK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Stellan Lidman hit a great ball. Takacs Tibor might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Folke Malmström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Takacs Tibor ran back to his position shaking his head. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Folke Malmström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute of the match, Mark Stenström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Malmström having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Joacim Johansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Nicu Geantă's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicu Geantă helped the player get up and apologised. Folke Malmström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Folke Malmström in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Stenström in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Svenska Lejon BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by August Blomberg in the 70th minute. A nice corner shot did that Nemesio Isusko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Svenska Lejon BK's Folke Malmström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Svenska Lejon BK from getting a goal against them. After 83 minutes Svenska Lejon BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Takacs Tibor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Svenska Lejon BK's Folke Malmström did a great save. Mark Stenström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Stenström in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mark Stenström's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Hegedus Henrik's late challenge caught a Svenska Lejon BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
