The audience was convinced that Bernardo Mota's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaias Hug was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Denis Haitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Pavone in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fortin FC's Lautaro Acosta got a free kick in the 11th minute. Denis Haitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Teyo in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Fortin FC were awarded a corner. Anthar Mhenni went to the cornerflag to take it. When Talleres FC's Bernardo Mota in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fortin FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 22nd minute of the match Talleres FC got a corner. Fortin FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Godfredo Ongile ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Talleres FC's Denis Ioritz getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 34th minute, Bernardo Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Talleres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Hitzeder came free, but Denis Haitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Talleres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selmo Francisco to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Talleres FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anthar Mhenni was slow to take the kick. During this time Fortin FC's players had a chance to rest. Selmo Francisco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaias Hug having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Mota in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaias Hug saved Fortin FC from getting behind. Prospero Astigar kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Anthar Mhenni took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Denis Haitz. Talleres FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jimeno Bertin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Anthar Mhenni was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fortin FC's Isaias Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Mota in the 64th minute of play. Tobias Teyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Denis Haitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selmo Francisco hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Fortin FC made a substitution. Hipolito Vincente replaced Tobias Teyo. In the 74th minute, Mariano Pavone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Mariano Pavone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Pavone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fortin FC's Erubiel Dubardo was substituted for Elvio Hitzeder. After a defensive mix-up in Fortin FC's zone, Bernardo Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Hug came out of the goal and Bernardo Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erubiel Dubardo in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Denis Haitz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mariano Pavone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Denis Haitz made a huge save. Hipolito Vincente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Haitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Dubardo in the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Selmo Francisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fortin FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
