Denis Haitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Berdoi's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Talleres FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Eustacio Amaya scored to the left of an out of position Denis Haitz, making the score, 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Angel Senin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leones Futbol Club the free kick. Angel Senin kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Lázaro Berdoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leones Futbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dennis Andreozzi in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Leones Futbol Club's Lázaro Berdoi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Denis Haitz. Denis Haitz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Talleres FC's zone, Dennis Andreozzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Haitz came out of the goal and Dennis Andreozzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, Marciano Francesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leones Futbol Club's Dennis Andreozzi got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolás Tagliafico kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 35th minute of the match Martin Rogne sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauricio Guillelmus skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Leones Futbol Club getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Eustacio Amaya hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lázaro Berdoi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Denis Haitz. That made the score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. In the 45thth minute of the game Angel Senin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leones Futbol Club's Mauricio Guillelmus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Prospero Astigar fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talleres FC's protests and gave Prospero Astigar a yellow card for diving instead. Prospero Astigar hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Jimeno Bertin hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Leones Futbol Club's Mauricio Guillelmus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Senin in the 53rd minute of play. With a little luck, Leones Futbol Club's Mauricio Guillelmus got control of the ball when Angel Senin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dennis Andreozzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Denis Haitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Leones Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Iraunkor. With a little luck, Leones Futbol Club's Mauricio Guillelmus got control of the ball when Emiliano Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leones Futbol Club's Ove Gallberg was substituted for Eustacio Amaya. Dennis Andreozzi hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ove Gallberg in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Haitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Leones Futbol Club booed when Talleres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute, Jimeno Bertin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 75 minutes, Dennis Andreozzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leones Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Andreozzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Prospero Astigar kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Lázaro Berdoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leones Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Lázaro Berdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Haitz having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Leones Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Nicolás Tagliafico. With a little luck, Leones Futbol Club's Mauricio Guillelmus got control of the ball when Emiliano Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Leones Futbol Club's Dennis Andreozzi tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Leones Futbol Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
