David Stockdale came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by A.C. GöstasHjältar's Oskar Kupits. But to his dismay, Oskar Kupits quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute of the match, Marcos Lorenzo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but David Stockdale saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vlassis Mellios kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, A.C. GöstasHjältar's David Stockdale threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcos Lorenzo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcos Lorenzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A.C. GöstasHjältar's Joachim Godholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigoris Karagiotakis in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute Grigoris Karagiotakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Godholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Grigoris Karagiotakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. GREEK ARMY's supporters rose to their feet, but Grigoris Karagiotakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joachim Godholm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Kasper Elssen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joachim Godholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Karagiotakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. David Stockdale was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Jeffrey Ketelers capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jeffrey Ketelers really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Marcos Lorenzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, A.C. GöstasHjältar's Karl-Magnus Boberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, A.C. GöstasHjältar's Karl-Magnus Boberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind David Stockdale. David Stockdale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Grigoris Karagiotakis was the one to do the kick off. When GREEK ARMY's Grigoris Karagiotakis, in the 51st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for GREEK ARMY. GREEK ARMY's Antonis Nikopolidis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Billy Axelsson, made in the 56th minute of the game. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.C. GöstasHjältar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonis Nikopolidis was slow to take the kick. During this time GREEK ARMY's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Antonis Nikopolidis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A.C. GöstasHjältar's Joachim Godholm did a great save. In the 61st of the match, Grigoris Karagiotakis tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Joachim Godholm got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 62nd minute GREEK ARMY were awarded a corner. Antonis Nikopolidis went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 62nd match minute, A.C. GöstasHjältar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Lorenzo to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, GREEK ARMY's Antonis Nikopolidis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joachim Godholm. Joachim Godholm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. A long shot from Kasper Elssen in the 67th minute of play was well struck, but Joachim Godholm made a really good save at the right post. Grigoris Karagiotakis struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Joachim Godholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GREEK ARMY. David Stockdale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Lorenzo in the 74th minute of play. GREEK ARMY's Spyros Paterakis got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kasper Elssen hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, A.C. GöstasHjältar's goal looked a bit too open when Grigoris Karagiotakis came free, but Joachim Godholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jeffrey Ketelers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasper Elssen to maneuver through the defense. Oskar Kupits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A.C. GöstasHjältar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
