The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. José Augusto Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Hugon Lenertej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute José Augusto Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Lenertej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wesley Pinheiro hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Erivaldo Marques. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when SS SuperSonics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogumil Misiorowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Orlando Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Lenertej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When José Augusto Novaes came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the ITAFUT 4EVER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Augusto Novaes couldn't finish the play. If Dé Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jardel Fernandez made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Korneliusz Panasewicz sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Cléber Palmeira got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in SS SuperSonics's zone, Dé Favoretto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugon Lenertej came out of the goal and Dé Favoretto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Orlando Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Lenertej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Hugon Lenertej made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beto Viana in the 54th minute. A hard shot 56 in the game by José Augusto Novaes from a close distance when the talented Hugon Lenertej managed to make a qualified save. SS SuperSonics's players were relieved. Jardel Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ganga Banga in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SS SuperSonics's Korneliusz Panasewicz got a free kick in the 70th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Bogumil Misiorowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SS SuperSonics's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ITAFUT 4EVER the free kick. Ganga Banga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The SS SuperSonics supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ITAFUT 4EVER's performance. The match ended with a win for ITAFUT 4EVER.
