Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Cina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 92nd minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Cina, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. With a little luck, SPORT LISBOA E BENFICA's Adolfo Moreira got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line.
