Jiang De scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Till Geppert, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. StardustRevolution's attentive Honorio Cordario managed to snatch the ball when Adam Teuwen made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. Honorio Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Till Geppert having to interfere. Immanuel Baumann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Llorenc having to interfere. After some careless play in the Hannover Reds defense, Jiang De kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Till Geppert. The Hannover Reds fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Till Geppert should have stopped the shot. Paavo Burgdorf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Alfredo Llorenc made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Alfredo Llorenc successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Till Geppert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang De in the 28th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Jiang De had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Till Geppert. Hannover Reds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jiang De was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Hannover Reds's Till Geppert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiang De in the 39th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Jiang De who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hannover Reds's Till Geppert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 41 minutes Hannover Reds's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andres Calixto who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, StardustRevolution's Alfredo Llorenc got control of the ball when Paavo Burgdorf tried to sneak it across the goal line. StardustRevolution made a substitution. Remigio Argina replaced Arsenio Erico. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Immanuel Baumann to strike the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes into the match, Hannover Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Argina came free, but Till Geppert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Labigne, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Valentin Pelayo struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Till Geppert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for StardustRevolution. Alfredo Llorenc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Immanuel Baumann in the 67th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in StardustRevolution's zone, Paavo Burgdorf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredo Llorenc came out of the goal and Paavo Burgdorf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of StardustRevolution booed when Hannover Reds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sol Harnack didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Sol Harnack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Pelayo got free with Till Geppert in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 77 in the game by Valentin Pelayo from a close distance when the talented Till Geppert managed to make a qualified save. Hannover Reds's players were relieved. When StardustRevolution's Valentin Pelayo in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. StardustRevolution's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andres Calixto in the 89th minute. The corner led StardustRevolution's Andres Calixto to fire away a dangerous shot which Till Geppert despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Valentin Pelayo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Till Geppert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Adam Teuwen in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by StardustRevolution's Sten Sandell. Till Geppert was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Valentin Pelayo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Pelayo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. The Hannover Reds supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching StardustRevolution's performance. The match ended with a win for StardustRevolution.
