The supporters of Defensores de Belén booed when Bangla Desh Fobal Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Arnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Defensores de Belén's Tao Ke Qiang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zdzislaw Jenkot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belén's goalkeeper Dante Erramu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Lewandowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tochi Mur in the 20th minute of play forced Bangla Desh Fobal Club's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Jenkot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilfredo Jacindo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Tao Ke Qiang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Jenkot having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Graham Ashton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Defensores de Belén's attentive Baldomiro Anaya managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Roldan made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's goal looked a bit too open when Tao Ke Qiang came free, but Zdzislaw Jenkot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Lewandowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Dante Erramu made a huge save. Zdzislaw Jenkot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tao Ke Qiang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes of play, Defensores de Belén's Tochi Mur made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zdzislaw Jenkot was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute, Baldomiro Anaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdzislaw Jenkot was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tao Ke Qiang to make the kick off. Leonardo Roldan got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Florencio Arnas. Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Zdzislaw Jenkot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Bangla Desh Fobal Club from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Beliran during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bangla Desh Fobal Club getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Francisco Beliran hit a great ball. Tao Ke Qiang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Tao Ke Qiang dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zdzislaw Jenkot, 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Belén's zone, Enrique Veremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Erramu came out of the goal and Enrique Veremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Abastas came free, but Zdzislaw Jenkot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Tao Ke Qiang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores de Belén fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Zdzislaw Jenkot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tao Ke Qiang in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belén's Tao Ke Qiang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zdzislaw Jenkot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Defensores de Belén were awarded a corner. Gaston Frantzes went to the cornerflag to take it. Tao Ke Qiang scored 1-7 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zdzislaw Jenkot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zdzislaw Jenkot made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Carolo Rio sent off a good shot on target. Zbigniew Wyciszkiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zdzislaw Jenkot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tao Ke Qiang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Zdzislaw Jenkot throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tao Ke Qiang in the 96thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Defensores de Belén played a much better game than Bangla Desh Fobal Club and deserved their victory. The Bangla Desh Fobal Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
