Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicolas Estevez took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Ramiro Jerano fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villa Mitre's protests and gave Ramiro Jerano a yellow card for diving instead. Ramiro Jerano hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leendert Looze in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Leendert Looze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Golosos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leendert Looze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Nicolas Estevez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 13 played minutes Los Golosos got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Arnau. 17 minutes into the match, Los Golosos's goalkeeper Aurelio Valeriani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaspar Mateo. If Aquilino Arnau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Estevez in the 23rd minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Virgilio Sotil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Nicolas Estevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Sotil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leendert Looze fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Aurelio Valeriani acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 31st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benê Gonçalves. Leendert Looze struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Virgilio Sotil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Golosos. If Leendert Looze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaspar Mateo to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Gaspar Mateo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Valeriani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil got control of the ball when Aquilino Arnau tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leendert Looze got free with Virgilio Sotil in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Villa Mitre's Ramiro Jerano got a free kick in the 56th minute. Virgilio Sotil was a little too slow when Aquilino Arnau got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 63rd minute of the match, Nicolas Estevez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Virgilio Sotil saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 68 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Arnau came free, but Virgilio Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes Villa Mitre got a freekick which was hit by ĺ”政帆. Guido Mitxaut kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Virgilio Sotil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leendert Looze. In the 75th play minute Aquilino Arnau came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Virgilio Sotil. 0-2. 78 minutes into the match, Los Golosos's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Mateo came free, but Aurelio Valeriani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Villa Mitre's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by BenĂŞ Gonçalves in the 80th minute. BenĂŞ Gonçalves made a great header on Villa Mitre's corner, it was just that Los Golosos's Aurelio Valeriani managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Villa Mitre getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Romulo Pelayo hit a great ball. Osvaldo Ubarna was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Los Golosos's Osvaldo Ubarna got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Los Golosos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Villa Mitre throughout the match.
