The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zbyszko Dziewedik in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Casomiro saved Slakun FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Dziewedik in the 5th minute of play forced Slakun FC's goalkeeper Ivan Casomiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Zbyszko Dziewedik put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ivan Casomiro. Ivan Casomiro came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Viejo Lobo De Mar's Zbyszko Dziewedik. But to his dismay, Zbyszko Dziewedik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norberto Matei during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A sloppy throw-in by Ben Gurney in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Slakun FC's Gaudencio Guib. After 21 minutes Viejo Lobo De Mar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Celso Banegas who took care of the corner kick. After 21 minutes, Teobaldo Ibar made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Viejo Lobo De Mar's Damaso Urbez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Costin Onaca made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Codruț Văleanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ivan Casomiro. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 91st minute Rene Laurgain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 played minutes Slakun FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Seguinus. In the 94th minute of the match Codruț Văleanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Casomiro skillfully saved the ball. Codruț Văleanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Viejo Lobo De Mar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Slakun FC throughout the match.
