In the 7th minute Baltasar Artaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Sotil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Benigno Indalecio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaspar Mateo hit a great ball. Virgilio Sotil came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Baraja Española FC's Benigno Indalecio. But to his dismay, Benigno Indalecio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 30 minutes into the match, Baltasar Artaldo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil. Virgilio Sotil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rdth minute of the game Cosme Celio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Celio in the 39th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Virgilio Sotil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Indalecio in the 41st minute of play. In the 47th minute Baltasar Artaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Sotil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benigno Indalecio made a kick off. Benigno Indalecios short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Virgilio Sotil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 53rd minute, Benigno Indalecio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgilio Sotil. The goal made the score 0-5. Virgilio Sotil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baltasar Artaldo's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Indalecio got free with Virgilio Sotil in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baraja Española FC's Conrado Xabat was substituted for Cosme Celio. Baraja Española FC's Jeremias Lopez was substituted for Benigno Indalecio. A collision led to Villa Mitre getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Victorino Ixidor hit a great ball. Virgilio Sotil came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Baraja Española FC's Jeremias Lopez. But to his dismay, Jeremias Lopez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when László Illés got free with Virgilio Sotil in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. László Illés could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Virgilio Sotil made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Baraja Española FC's Virgilio Sotil threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Conrado Xabat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Virgilio Sotil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Xabat, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Virgilio Sotil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Lopez. Baraja Española FC's László Illés got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Villa Mitre got a freekick which was hit by Benê Gonçalves. Baltasar Artaldo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Baraja Española FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Villa Mitre.
