Emil Contra's late challenge caught a Czech Republic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Contra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Emil Contra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee showed Svatopluk Capek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Jilek in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marius Radovan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Vitek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marius Radovan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Rusil in the 24th minute of the match. If Erik Jilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, David Rusil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dunărea Călăraşi the free kick. In the 35th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th match minute, Dunărea Călăraşi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Panaitoiu to maneuver through the defense. Marian Mustăcilă took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

With 75 minutes on the clock, Ibrahim Domröse commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 78thth minute of the game Erik Jilek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dunărea Călăraşi's Marius Radovan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Petru came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When 巩军国 came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Dunărea Călăraşi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 巩军国 couldn't finish the play. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Stătescu in the 86th minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Stătescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Stătescu came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes Dunărea Călăraşi got a freekick which was hit by Aurel Stătescu. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Stătescu in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dunărea Călăraşi fully deserved thier win.
