Major Barna kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Modesto Oakley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Lilywhites's Modesto Oakley managed to reach the ball for a save. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Modesto Oakley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antal Valentin in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Modesto Oakley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Antal Valentin sped through Lilywhites's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Modesto Oakley. When Cristiano Minotti fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lilywhites's protests and gave Cristiano Minotti a yellow card for diving instead. 20 minutes into the match, Lilywhites's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Modesto Oakley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Modesto Oakley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 22nd minute of the match. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lilywhites's Cosimo Michelini in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabiano Pellecchia to make the kick off. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Major Barna hit a great ball. Modesto Oakley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lilywhites's Modesto Oakley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Lilywhites from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Modesto Oakley however easily saved by the left post. Modesto Oakley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 71st minute. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 72nd minute. The corner led Hungary's Takacs Tibor to fire away a dangerous shot which Modesto Oakley despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Pellecchia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Lilywhites getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Frodo Di Marco hit a great ball. In the 80th minute of the match Antal Valentin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Modesto Oakley showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hegedus Henrik hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Ermanno Baratta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosimo Michelini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lilywhites's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Oakley came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boros Benedek hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 95th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakos Endre to maneuver through the defense. The Lilywhites fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
