Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikk Puuk in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes in the game, Andri Murelik dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Italy's Flavio Vittori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Italy from getting a goal against them. Henrik Sõõr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Porziano Marchitelli in the 22nd minute of the match. Henrik Sõõr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andri Murelik in the 25th minute. The corner ended in Ernst Tarand almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Italy's Flavio Vittori did a great save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FS Kilomani's goalkeeper Henrik Sõõr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andri Murelik in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Mikk Puuk came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Curto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FS Kilomani supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Italy's performance. The match ended with a win for Italy.
