The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Alonso got free with Henrich Slany in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Kasiewski hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, WhiteSTOCK GriZzllies's goal looked a bit too open when Metod Mlynar came free, but Zbigniew Werra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Okopny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metod Mlynar in the 28th minute of play forced WhiteSTOCK GriZzllies's goalkeeper Zbigniew Werra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of WhiteSTOCK GriZzllies booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Suchy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrich Slany acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lucjan Giec. Arkadiusz Traczewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrich Slany having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Metod Mlynar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Metod Mlynar made a kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Arkadiusz Traczewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metod Mlynar got free with Zbigniew Werra in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 67 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Vavrinec Koleno. In the 72nd minute, Oliver Holub hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 played minutes WhiteSTOCK GriZzllies got a freekick which was hit by Julian Kasiewski. In the 87th minute of the match Pavol Koleno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zbigniew Werra skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, WhiteSTOCK GriZzllies's Wojciech Podolski got a free kick in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metod Mlynar got free with Zbigniew Werra in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Traczewski in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Slovakia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for WhiteSTOCK GriZzllies.
