Özkan Rafettin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Orhan Seyfi Üstün made a huge save. Hüsrev Yaşar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Orhan Yalvaç in the 42nd minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Orhan Yalvaç to make the kick off. Orhan Seyfi Üstün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özkan Rafettin in the 52nd minute of the match. H E P T A N's Ahmet Kağan Çelikel was substituted for Kıraç Ergüden. H E P T A N's attentive Aytuğ Nezihi managed to snatch the ball when Yaşar Nuri Akbaba made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. After some careless play in the H E P T A N defense, Oğuzalp Sayfi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orhan Seyfi Üstün. The H E P T A N fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orhan Seyfi Üstün should have stopped the shot. Murat Şenalp hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, H E P T A N's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Berk Erginay came free, but Orhan Seyfi Üstün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Yaşar Nuri Akbaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orhan Seyfi Üstün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolga Saye in the 95th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Tolga Saye ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orhan Seyfi Üstün was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1.
