Ömer Demirci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ömer Demirci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Herbert Tamulewicz made a huge save. Şemsettin Tuyuğ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macit Taşel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, H E P T A N FC's goalkeeper Herbert Tamulewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ömer Demirci. H E P T A N FC's Herbert Tamulewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömer Demirci in the 28th minute of play. Herbert Tamulewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömer Demirci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Önder Ünlü recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, KOCAELİSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Şafak Açıkalın came free, but Şemsettin Tuyuğ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ömer Demirci took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herbert Tamulewicz. Herbert Tamulewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 42 minutes into the match, KOCAELİSPOR's Ömer Demirci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herbert Tamulewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, H E P T A N FC's Macit Taşel got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yu Xi in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şemsettin Tuyuğ prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aykut Nadi hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ömer Demirci made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in H E P T A N FC's zone, Aykut Nadi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Tamulewicz came out of the goal and Aykut Nadi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herbert Tamulewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ömer Demirci's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. When KOCAELİSPOR's Ömer Demirci in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye H E P T A N FC's goalie prevented a goal. H E P T A N FC's Herbert Tamulewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömer Demirci in the 66th minute of play. After 71 played minutes H E P T A N FC got a freekick which was hit by Şafak Açıkalın. KOCAELİSPOR made a substitution. Aşır Zabit replaced Ömer Demirci. Şafak Açıkalın kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Şemsettin Tuyuğ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yu Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Şemsettin Tuyuğ made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Yu Xi sent off a good shot on target. Önder Ünlü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Tamulewicz having to interfere. The throw-in from Peng Yang Guang in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by H E P T A N FC's Aykut Zihni. When Önder Ünlü came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the KOCAELİSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Önder Ünlü couldn't finish the play. Aşır Zabit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herbert Tamulewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Aşır Zabit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herbert Tamulewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aşır Zabit in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the KOCAELİSPOR players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
