Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Gremio Viana from getting a goal against them. Lázaro Gaur made in the 7th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tomás Bernard however managed to control. After a defensive mix-up in Bairoletto FC's zone, Domingos Lencastre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Candido Lehior came out of the goal and Domingos Lencastre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Bairoletto FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Lázaro Gaur hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Gremio Viana's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Ieltxu came free, but Samuel Fiúza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Mergildo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Gremio Viana getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Isidoro Cordera hit a great ball. After 30 minutes of play, Gremio Viana's Domingos Lencastre made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Candido Lehior was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute Domingos Lencastre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Lehior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bairoletto FC's Lázaro Gaur got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Lázaro Gaur fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bairoletto FC's protests and gave Lázaro Gaur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Lázaro Gaur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes Bairoletto FC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Perutxo. 44 minutes into the match, Bairoletto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Leite came free, but Candido Lehior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Candido Lehior was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ke Zhi Jian showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 53 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Domingos Lencastre took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Candido Lehior to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Bairoletto FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gremio Viana:s goal. The audience was convinced that Domingos Lencastre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Candido Lehior was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After 78 minutes of play, Gremio Viana's Tony Påk made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Candido Lehior was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joaquim Paredes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Lehior having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Paredes in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Candido Lehior prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tony Påk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Candido Lehior tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candido Lehior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Paredes in the 95th minute of play. Joaquim Paredes had several of the Bairoletto FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 97 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-9 score and a disappointed Candido Lehior as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the final whistle sounded Gremio Viana left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bairoletto FC.
