Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Frank Sachs got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Winthont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Werner Hoving to maneuver through the defense. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Dennis Beerthuis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Igor Fujara sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Willy Stieler in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Winthont FC's Geert Arend Roodenburg. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Pascal Zalm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Willy Stieler in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Winthont FC's Geert Arend Roodenburg. 13 minutes into the match, Pascal Zalm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascal Zalm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Winthont FC's attentive Geert Arend Roodenburg managed to snatch the ball when Linus Schwerner made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, Pascal Zalm notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's Pascal Zalm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pascal Zalm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Pascal Zalm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sander Schaars who took care of the corner kick. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Mathijs Grommers made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascal Zalm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game Pascal Zalm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Fujara charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Fujara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, one of Winthont FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Winthont FC. Winthont FC's Hermengildo Nesor was substituted for Pascal Zalm. Winthont FC's Marc van Nistelrooij was substituted for Mathijs Grommers. Winthont FC's Geert Arend Roodenburg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Willy Stieler in the 65 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Hermengildo Nesor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Hermengildo Nesor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Frank Sachs got a free kick in the 69th minute. Hermengildo Nesor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Nesor in the 70th minute of play. Winthont FC's Dennis Beerthuis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 72nd minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Dennis Beerthuis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Winthont FC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Winthont FC's Hermengildo Nesor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The throw-in from Willy Stieler in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Winthont FC's Geert Arend Roodenburg. In the 83rd minute, Hermengildo Nesor made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermengildo Nesor in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Geert Arend Roodenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Winthont FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Germany for a fine match.
