Bruce Cornforth made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Defensores de Belén's Graham Ashton. Dante Erramu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dante Erramu came out and tried to block the shot, but Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Amboy FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
