Terremoto FC's attentive Isidoro Buinton managed to snatch the ball when Marcos Richie made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Oliver Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rebelution's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Petersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Libesoons breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 23 minutes of play, Rebelution's Oliver Petersson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Americo Frascuelo was slow to take the kick. During this time Rebelution's players had a chance to rest. In the 35th minute Oliver Petersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Libesoons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Petersson came free, but Kenneth Libesoons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes in the game Isidoro Buinton did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Isidoro Buinton. The supporters of Rebelution booed when Terremoto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Buinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Rebelution's Kenneth Libesoons threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chiquito Flores, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
