Timoteo Griguol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Gabriel Ascaso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 11 minutes into the game, Francisco Innocenzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Masters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spain the free kick. In the 12th match minute, The Masters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Innocenzio to maneuver through the defense. The Masters's Folkert Vos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Cubero in the 13th minute of play. If Timoteo Griguol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folkert Vos came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Spain's Omar Toledo. But to his dismay, Omar Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The Masters's Folkert Vos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Toledo in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Masters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Omar Toledo was slow to take the kick. During this time Spain's players had a chance to rest. Spain's Jonathan Criado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Folkert Vos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jair Busquets hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Franco Alfonso in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gabriel Ascaso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Alfonso in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Federico Jurdan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gabriel Ascaso, 2-1. Folkert Vos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Toledo in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Timoteo Griguol took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Ascaso. Gabriel Ascaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The Masters's Folkert Vos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Toledo in the 55th minute of play. Omar Toledo in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Folkert Vos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 70th minute Federico Jurdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 73 in the game by Omar Toledo from a close distance when the talented Folkert Vos managed to make a qualified save. The Masters's players were relieved. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Griguol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Omar Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spain's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folkert Vos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Masters's Tobias Maju was substituted for Francisco Innocenzio. Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Jurdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Spain were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
