After 7 minutes FK BRUSINKY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Toni Mauzer who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Neven Culina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FK BRUSINKY's Jiří Erban did a great save. Jiří Erban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Mauzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. František Schiller hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to FK BRUSINKY getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Vladislav Daniš hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damir Pongrac during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Damir Pongrac kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After having played for 16 minutes, Petr Tauchman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK BRUSINKY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petr Tauchman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Mauzer in the 19th minute of play forced FK BRUSINKY's goalkeeper Jiří Erban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaroslav Exner hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Dinko Stankovic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. František Halamka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Ilija Skugor made a huge save. In the 30th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Terzic to maneuver through the defense. Damir Pongrac blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jiří Erban having to make a save. 38 minutes into the game, FK BRUSINKY's Vojtěch Smíšek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toni Mauzer was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petr Tauchman in the 53rd minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Dinko Stankovic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Croatia's supporters rose to their feet, but Dinko Stankovic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jiří Erban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from František Halamka in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Petr Tauchman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK BRUSINKY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 65th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Gudelj to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petr Tauchman in the 69th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 played minutes FK BRUSINKY got a freekick which was hit by Josef Klein. 83 minutes into the game, Vojtěch Smíšek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ilija Skugor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vojtěch Smíšek in the 87th minute of play. The audience held their breath when Ctibor Barnet in the 90th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ilija Skugor's left hand side. 93 minutes into the game, Petr Tauchman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ilija Skugor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
