Lisandro Uhin started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Rayman came free, but Roberto Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Alonzo Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Nunes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Harri went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 19th minute, Dunamis's Alonzo Rayman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roberto Nunes. Roberto Nunes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ángel Benito in the 25th minute of play forced Dunamis's goalkeeper Kacper Mazurkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Carlitos Bianchi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GuateFortín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dunamis the free kick. In the 28th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlitos Bianchi to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st match minute, Dunamis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Asteri to maneuver through the defense. When Salvador Gomez came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the GuateFortín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Gomez couldn't finish the play. After 34 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Miguel Ángel Benito made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kacper Mazurkiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roberto Nunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alonzo Rayman in the 38th minute. In the 40th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlitos Bianchi to maneuver through the defense. Dunamis's Kacper Mazurkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Benito in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 61stth minute of the game Lisandro Uhin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GuateFortín's Roberto Nunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Edgardo Murgas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GuateFortín's Ernesto Fernandez was substituted for Juan José Ferrero. GuateFortín made a substitution. Juan José Ferraro replaced Edgardo Murgas. Edgardo Murgas kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Roberto Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Rayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when Dunamis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Elivareo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dunamis made a substitution. Natalio Leheren replaced Niceto Cordarell. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's David Ruiz got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Alonzo Rayman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Nunes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Dunamis's goalkeeper Kacper Mazurkiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Ángel Benito. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Kacper Mazurkiewicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. GuateFortín were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Dunamis's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Miguel Ángel Benito took the corner. The corner led to GuateFortín's Carlitos Bianchi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Dunamis made a substitution. Baldomero Uhin replaced Gerardo Harri. Kacper Mazurkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlitos Bianchi in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the GuateFortín defense, Alonzo Rayman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roberto Nunes. The GuateFortín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto Nunes should have stopped the shot.
